📦 BULK ORDER ADDENDUM

Bulk Orders (Weddings, Venues & Events)

The following terms apply to all bulk orders, including but not limited to weddings, music venues, festivals, corporate events, and private parties.

Order Minimums

Bulk orders typically start at 25 bags.
Exact minimums and pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.

Production & Lead Time

Because Boss Bags are hand-packed and curated, bulk orders require additional preparation time.

  • Standard lead time: 3–4 weeks

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability

  • Event dates must be disclosed at the time of ordering

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or changes requested after production has begun.

Customization

Some bulk orders may qualify for limited customization, such as:

  • Bag selection

  • Insert cards

  • Light branding or event-specific themes

Customization options, pricing, and proofs (if applicable) will be confirmed prior to production.

Once approved, customized orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Payment Terms

  • Bulk orders may require full payment upfront

  • In some cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure production

  • Orders will not enter production until payment is received

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of bulk and custom orders:

  • All bulk orders are final

  • Cancellations are not accepted once production has started

  • Refunds are not available for changes in event plans, attendance, or vibes

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines will be confirmed before fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees

We strongly recommend scheduling delivery at least a few days before your event.

Boss Bags are designed for fun, interaction, and questionable decisions.

By placing a bulk order, you acknowledge:

  • Items are novelty party props

  • Adult supervision may be required depending on the setting

  • Boss Bags is not responsible for:

    • Dance-offs

    • Karaoke confidence

    • Group text fallout

    • “Remember when…” stories that last forever

Acceptance of Terms

Placing a bulk order constitutes acceptance of this Bulk Order Addendum in addition to our standard Terms of Service.
